Fort Myers - Pepper Tree Pointe is Keeping the Community Boat Ramp! Direct Gulf Access Via the Caloosahatchee River!

There was a rumor spreading around that Pepper Tree Pointe was going to have to say good-bye to their community boat ramp with direct Gulf of Mexico access via the Caloosahatchee River.  I have a listing in Pepper Tree Pointe and wanted to get to the bottom of this which I was able to do this afternoon.  What I found out after speaking with the Property Manager is that the community boat ramp that has long been a valued part of the Pepper Tree Pointe Community is remaining available for all who live in Pepper Tree Pointe!  As I walked along the pier this afternoon, I smiled and took in the panoramic views of the glorious Caloosahatchee.  I was thankful that the residents who have long loved their ability to be in open waters in minutes will have this opportunity preserved for them.  And, for those who are looking to move into a much loved and respected community with Direct Gulf Access, Pepper Tree Pointe holds its allure and value.

Fort Myers Resources on Support Groups through Lee Memorial Hospital System

Recently I have begun a series of postings regarding the various support groups that are available in the Fort Myers and Lee County area.  I meet individuals everyday who do not know where to turn while struggling with major illnesses or grief and loss.  Sometimes they are not plugged into a church or community and they have real tangible needs now.  I am grateful for the groups that Lee Memorial Hospital System has formed and continues to form on a consistent basis.

I will continue to update the list of support groups and educational groups until it is complete.  Support Groups are a wonderful way to connect with others who share the same struggles, hurts and challenges.  Come as often as you like and share what is on your heart.  You are not alone.

Mille Sapore Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant in Fort Myers, Florida Summerlin Rd.

Sapore Mediterranean Restaurant Fort Myers Mille Sapore Mediterranean Cuisine

My husband and I recently tried a rare gem of a wonderful restaurant in Fort Myers that has received rave reviews from Gulf Shore Life.  Located near Health Park Hospital / Medical Center on Summerlin Rd.  Sapores Mediterranean Cusine is on your way to Sanibel Island, however you might not noticed it tucked away next to the Publix Shopping Center on the corner of Summerlin and Winkler Ave.

The food is an eclectic blend of several different Mediterranean Cuisines.  Sapore serves everything from  Italy, Spain, Portugal and France, Lebanon, Tunisia, Morocco and Greece.  I enjoyed the grilled lamb with couscous, stuffed grape leaves, and a glass of Chianti.

The quiet, artistic and romantic ambiance along with the scents of spices in the air will awaken your senses.  I highly recommend Mille Sapore Mediterranean Cuisine.  A new favorite restaurant of mine, and once you try it I am sure you will agree.
